Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We currently do not offer delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using USPS or UPS. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all orders.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to all locations within the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@marloushoes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
